Annual Convention For World Renowned Hair Care Company

One of the largest hair care companies in the world organises an annual convention for their hair stylists -  it can be any location around the globe. We won this piece of business after providing an edgy, fun, creative and contemporary quote that proved that London has it all and is one of the best cities in the World to hold such an event.

We provided accommodation, transport, meals, sightseeing gala dinners, networking receptions, VIP events for 1400 people. The actual seminar itself which was the main focus of the convention was held in the historical Freemasons hall, this made a great back drop for such a creative event. We then organised a gala dinner in the ballroom at the Park Plaza Westminster where guests were entertained with performances from many different types of musicians and finally ending the evening with a world renowned DJ

For the finale of their seminar the client wanted something more relaxed where their guests could let their hair down and we felt that a private buy out of ‘Fabric’ was an ideal place for everyone to do this and we organised a masquerade party “Kings & Queens’ for One Night.

Annual Convention For An Insurance Company

One of the leading insurance companies in Europe trusted us with organising their annual convention. They wanted a Sports themed event that should inspire team work and more innovative ideas from their team.

In total 380 guests attended, we hired out the Emirates Stadium. The whereabouts of the event was a complete surprise for the clients and they did not know where the convention would be held until they arrived, they were all amazed to have their event in such a fantastic stadium. In between their seminars we had arranged, tours and they got to see all the backstage areas and walk through the tunnel and out to the pitch.

For the gala dinner we wanted something that would fit with the age range of the people attending and we opted for a private buy out of the Ministry of Sound. Another dinner was held at the atmospheric Dickins Inn in St Katharine’s Dock which is one of the most famous pubs in London.

Rugby World Cup

We were in charge of all land services for the official Argentinian supplier of tickets for the Rugby World Cup in England.

We dealt with 0ver 1000 Argentinian clients during the Event, more than 2000 individual transfers,  and numerous coaches  for group transfers to Leicester for the match Argentina – Tonga and Argentina Namibia, as well as Cardiff for the match Ireland vs Argentina.

Annual Sales Meeting for Medical Company

The group worked hard for a few days at their meeting and seminars and once that was all over, they had time to enjoy the city and the essence of Edinburgh. We arranged a private ghost tour by night of some of the most macabre areas of Edinburgh’s history, this included the underground haunted vaults. The group also enjoyed great food on the Royal Mile, beside the foot of the castle in Cannonball and also a traditional Scottish Evening in the Ghillie Dhu.

Medical Congress Glasgow

TA group was attending a large medical conference in Glasgow. Our client requested a unique Hotel with a lot of history. We offered our client several solutions and the Grand Central was eventually chosen for its charme, with its large corridors and large rooms hailing from the time it was built, it is filled with stories and history. The client wanted to show off the wonderful diversity of Restaurants and food that Scotland has to offer and so we arranged to have meals at the – Grill Room at The Square for its fantastic steaks, Rogano for its amazing seafood and art deco decor, and Gusto for its Italian delicacies. As the guests were so central they were able to explore the city by themselves on foot with the aid of maps and some advice and tips of the must-see areas from our team.

Film/Publishers Launch Trip to Edinburgh and the Highlands

The new product that was being launched has a Scary monster theme and the company wanted to launch the product in an atmosphere that lends itself to mystery and legends and what better location than Scotland! The journalists began their trip in the Highlands at Fort Augustus where we had a charted a boat to go out on Loch ness in order to spot Nessie!

The group then made their way to Edinburgh where they enjoyed a private ghost tour followed by a stay at the Waldorf Astoria which itself is steeped in History. Their event was complete once they dined at the Witchery which is one of Edinburgh’s most famous and finest eateries.

Incentive Event for an Insurance Company

An insurance company wanted to treat 90 of their top brokers to a weekend in London with a twist. They asked us to come up with a weekend devoted to music. Instinctively the o2 came to mind as one of the top arenas in the World, so we arranged for the group to have a sightseeing cruise along the Thames and then when they got to the o2 they split into groups and went ‘Up at the o2, this was an amazing experience for all concerned and they all enjoyed the experience and the views immensely. Camden also known for its cutting edge vibe was another destination where we arranged for the group to go on a bicycle tour.

Of course no visit to London would be complete without a visit to the original Hard Rock Café (a must for all music fans) and a tour of their vaults followed by a trip to the Abbey Road studios to get a picture on the most famous crossing in the World. Finally for an informal way to end the weekend we arranged for dinner at the Beach Blanket Babylon in Shoreditch followed by Karaoke in their private room, so the guests could let themselves go and see who was the best singer in their group.

Calendar launch - London

Our client wanted us to focus on small edgy boutique hotels for a number of the vip guests invited for the event.

We handled the hotels, gala dinner at the Grosvenor House Hotel, and transportation in London for the annual launch of one of the most prestigious calendars in the world, hotel accommodation for top Vips attending the launch, on location support for logistics.
